Order & Shipping Information

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can my order be edited?

Hey, it happens! Please note that our order processing system receives order information the same as entered by the customer. If you wish to edit your order, notify us via email within one hour of placing your order.

To easily identify your order request, email support@dazzydips.com with the following subject line: Edit Order # [insert your order number here]. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust your order details after 1 hour of placing your order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return & exchange policy?

All returns & exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order number must be provided to place a return or exchange.

Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded.   Email us at support@dazzydips.com and we'll help you place the return.

Exchanges will be processed once your color powders have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

** For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on any open products. A $15 restocking fee will be applied on all acceptable returns.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you did not love your Dazzy Dips product! Please reach out to support@dazzydips.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at support@dazzydips.com with your order number and the name used to place the order and we’ll fix it right away!

What if my product was damaged?

Please contact us at support@dazzydips.com if you received a damaged product. Be sure to provide your order number and the name that was used to place the order along with a picture of the damaged item and we’ll happily replace the item for you!

 

My Step 2 Base & Step 4 Top coat is sealed shut. What happened?

Step 2 Base and Step 4 Top coat are strong adhesives. During application, please be careful not to get product on the neck and rim of the bottle. This may seal the cap shut, making it difficult to open for future use. After each use, be sure to clean the neck and rim thoroughly with a lint-free cloth soaked with acetone. Be careful not to get acetone within the bottle itself. For best results, store bottles upright, in a cool environment, & away from direct light. Dazzy Dips products are extremely heat and light sensitive.

Please note to never soak the bottles in warm water or acetone, nor bang the bottle against a hard surface as an attempt to loosen caps.
